Sedia Hotel Proprietary Limited, is currently seeking qualified, experienced, and knowledgeable candidate to join our team for the following position.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have ten (10) or more years’ experience in the field of Hotel Catering Management, and must have a minimum of a Diploma in Food & Beverage Operations Manage- ment or its equivalent. The candidate must possess skills of the following:
.
Leadership and Management.
•Stock control and food costing.
• Knowledge on Health & Safety management, and food hygiene.
• Must be well vested in people management insuring that the moral of staff is kept at a higher level.
