Job Description
• Manage financial and administration teams to achieve company financial goals.
• Develop the overall corporate financial goals and objectives.
• Preparation of financial records related to general ledger, payroll, budget, expense, etc. Preparation of financial reports.
Assist in account receivables and payables.
• Maintain accurate bank records of cash withdrawals and deposits.
Follow standard accounting process for financial analysis and reporting activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and generate financial reports.
• Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related problems.
• Supervise junior accounting and administration staff.
Requirements
• ACCA/CIMA qualification with BICA accreditation
• Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
• Experience in producing monthly reports to Management level
Proven track record of managing an accounts and administration department Competency in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Competency in Accounting softwares (Pastel)
Organizational, verbal and written communication skills is a must Minimum 5 years working experience
